Our Story
What started as a hobby during lockdown in 2020 has blossomed into BrisketKase Barbecue. We are passionate about Texas-style craft barbecue and want everyone to experience it. Some may call it a mid-life crisis; we call it a passion with purpose! We are family owned and operated in Huntington, IN.
Our pitmaster has trained with a few of Texas’ best barbecue experts at Texicana and Bar-A-BBQ. Hours and hours of research and practice have gone into our products. We are as excited to serve you as you are to eat it!

Quality Ingredients
Every bite of our barbecue begins with top-notch ingredients. We believe in sourcing local, fresh meats and ingredients. We are using butter instead of margarine, tallow instead of vegetable oil, and quality-raised beef, pork, and poultry instead of the average meat you find in the grocery store.
